However, availability may vary on the same day depending on the level of sales. The people responsible for updating availability do so as quickly as possible. However, they cannot be held responsible if the stock is no longer the same as that indicated. In the event of unavailability, an email will be sent to the customer to inform them. Furthermore, having chosen to sell our products at the same prices throughout the world, the prices indicated on our site are excluding taxes for all deliveries outside mainland France. French VAT is not applied and therefore cannot be refunded, for delivery to a country where there are no export taxes. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but we undertake to apply the current prices which will have been indicated to you on the site at the time of your order. In addition, any change in VAT may be reflected in the price of the products.

domesticparis.com accepts payments from countries around the world. Payments are made online by credit card and are completely secure using the Paypal, Stripe and Amazon Pay platforms. Having a Paypal or Stripe account is not essential: payment can be made directly on the Paypal or Stripe platform with your credit card.

The order validation date corresponds to the date of payment by online bank card. Payment is validated upon receipt of the additional information requested in the event of payment by credit card requiring additional verification.
By choosing to pay for the products via the aforementioned payment tools, the customer undertakes to read and accept the general conditions of the partner companies ofdomeparis.com governing the payment tools.
domesticparis.com cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage, of any nature whatsoever, linked to the use of these payment tools. Likewise, any claim/action/procedure cannot be made against domesticparis.com.
The products remain the property of Domestique until full payment of the price.

After validation, orders are generally shipped within 4 to 7 working days - excluding public holidays and annual holidays (France).
In mainland France, delivery will be made by La Poste, with a tracking number for France and with La Poste's partner for the rest of the world and Europe.
Delivery times are variable and indicative:
for France, 4 to 7 days
for Europe, 6 to 10 days
for the rest of the world, 12 to 15 days.
domeparis.com reserves the right to collaborate with other delivery providers without first informing customers.

Delivery being carried out by independent domestic service providers and within the deadlines announced by these service providers, domesticparis.com cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers - total or partial strikes in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communication.
The customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered. In the presence of an apparent anomaly in the package - in particular damaged package, open package, traces of liquid, etc., the customer or recipient of the ordered products must not open the package but is invited to report it unopened within a period of five (5) working days from a post office and to make a report.

In the event of a delivery delay of more than five (5) days, we advise the customer to contact their post office to ensure that their package is not pending; and if necessary, to report this delay by email: contact@domestiqueparis.com.

Opening the package excludes any recourse to the carrier (La Poste, Chronopost, UPS, DHL, etc.). You are also invited to immediately report the problem encountered to customer service at the following address: contact@domestiqueparis.com. The customer must report any delivery incident to customer service within five (5) business days following delivery (or refusal of delivery) of the product.
Any anomaly concerning the items - damage, item missing from the order form, damaged or opened package, broken item, defective, etc. - must be reported within five (5) days following delivery. Failing compliance with the above procedures, no complaint from the customer will be valid.

All products offered by domesticparis.com are subject to the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. Once the customer has received the product, he bears all risks of damage or loss of the product.

Shipping costs and times:
In the event of an entry error, in particular an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, Domestique cannot be held responsible for the consequences in terms of delay or impossibility of delivery.
All costs related to the return of products following a customer entry error will be the sole responsibility and liability of the customer.

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the customer has a period of seven (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal from domesticparis.com.
The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging. It must not have been worn or damaged - no matter how minor - and must be intact. Any item not meeting these specifications will not be refunded or exchanged. No item can be returned or exchanged during sales and any other temporary promotions.

In the event of loss or damage to the returned package, Domestique will not reimburse the order and the buyer must make a claim directly with their carrier. Any return must be requested from Domestique customer service, either by mail or by e-mail to: contact@domestiqueparis.com. Domestic manufactures to order and tailor-made, we take back or exchange any of our products.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the consumer has the choice of requesting either a refund of the sums paid or an exchange of the product. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the seller will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within fourteen (14) days.

The customer must keep proof of delivery of the package which will be given to them by La Poste. In the event of loss of the package, no reimbursement will be made by the carrier without this proof of deposit.
If your order was custom made or if you wished to make a modification we will not be able to exchange or refund your order. This includes any customization with laser engraving, choice of claw placement, specific handle length, etc.

Domestic accessories are entirely handmade and require special care. Made in part using vegetable tanned leather, from one color bath to another, there may indeed be slight differences, this is not a defect but attests that it is indeed a artisanal work. It is important to keep your accessory away from light and humidity. Vegetable-tanned calfskin is a refined and delicate leather that is resistant to both water and grease stains. Never put perfume or cosmetics on accessories as this could damage them. We also advise you not to sleep with your accessories, to avoid washing your hands with them and to avoid splashing water or liquid on the leather.

The following are expressly excluded from the warranty:
Normal wear and aging.
Damage to any part of the product resulting from improper use, negligence, lack of care and accident.
Personal information relating to customers is kept confidential by Domestique, which undertakes not to communicate it to a third party.

The Customer has - article 34 of the French law of January 6, 1978 - a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of data concerning him, which he can exercise with Domestique by simple mail to contact @domestiqueparis.com. This agreement is subject to French law. Any dispute that may arise regarding its validity, interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts. In the event of persistent disagreement, the dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France), including in the event of multiple defendants.
